INGREDIENTS:
Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate): 20 mg (Equivalent to Ferrous Fumarate: 60 mg)

INDICATIONS:
Mineral supplement that helps maintain good health in children and adults, secondary to chronic blood loss, pregnancy, breast feeding.
Helps prevent iron deficiency.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
As directed by your doctor.
You can dilute the solution in natural water.
Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE:
Keep out of reach of children.
This container contains enough iron that can cause serious harm to a child.
Stop use if hypersensitivity develops.
Some people may suffer from constipation, diarrhea, or vomiting.
Do not use except under the advice of a physician.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Store at room temperature (15-30^oC).
Can be used for up to 3 months after the bottle is opened.
Do not use it if the seal is broken.
